1 Loyalty Card Scheme

This sections is about the Terms and Conditions of the Kennedy’s cafe loyalty scheme.

1.1 Loyalty Card General Information

1.1.1 The Kennedy's Cafe Loyalty Card is issued by and remains in the property of Kennedy's Cafe - CLA Familia Esperanza Ltd.

1.1.2 For every 7 drinks you buy, you receive 1 coffee for free.

1.1.3 Juices, Frappuccinos, Smoothies etc. are not included, except Coffee Frappuchino, Toffee & Caramel Coffee Frappuchino and Fruit Smoothie.

1.1.4 CLA Familia Esperanza Ltd (Kennedy's Cafe) has the exclusive right to amend or change these conditions at any time at its own discretion.

1.1.5 Kennedy's Cafe decision as regards the operation of the Kennedy's Cafe Loyalty Card program and the interpretation of these terms and conditions will be final and binding upon all Kennedy's Cafe Club loyalty cardholders and online users.

1.1.6 Kennedy's Cafe reserves the right to decline an application or to suspend the use of Kennedy's Cafe Loyalty Card, terminate or amend the Kennedy's Cafe Loyalty Card program at any time without notice.

1.1.7 We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Loyalty Program if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1.1.8 The drinks that are included in the loyalty card bonus scheme can change at any time.

1.1.9 We may change these Terms and Conditions or add new Terms and Conditions at any time in our sole discretion. If so, we will publish an updated version on our website at https://www.thekennedyscafe.com

1.2 Loyalty Club Card & Vouchers (Users who own a paper copy or have an account at the shop)

1.2.1 It is valid for drinks over 2 euros.

1.2.2 To receive your Kennedy's Cafe drink, you must present your Kennedy's Cafe Loyalty Card before any purchase is made.

1.2.3 Free drinks are valid for delivery, with orders over 5 euro (including the free drink).

1.2.4 You can receive a maximum of 2 free drinks per order.

1.2.5 Ask the barista to provide you with a Kennedy's Account and your drinks will be registered automatically each time you order (Delivery, Dine in and Take away). Just give your name and phone number and your account is created!

1.2.6 Loyalty Cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other rewards. You cannot sell or transfer your Loyalty card to anyone else.

1.2.7 Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

1.2.8 We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged Loyalty Cards.

1.2.9 Kennedy's Cafe Club Discount and/or Reward Vouchers and/or Birthday Discount Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. The Kennedy's Cafe Club Vouchers will be valid only for a certain period from the date of issue.

1.3 Loyalty Card Scheme (Online Users)

1.3.1 Your online loyalty card account is created during your registration.

1.3.2 Your online loyalty card account is connected with your online account and these two instances cannot be separated.

1.3.3 Your online card account discount is calculated automatically and applied during the order checkout process.

1.3.4 In order to receive your discount in a delivery order, it depends on the delivery address minimum order for free drink (MOFD) parameter value and must be greater or equal to the order total amount. This value is calculated every time you add a new address in the system, and it is affected by the distance between the delivery address and our location (Kennedy’s cafe). Even if your loyalty card status is 7/7, if the MOFD condition is not satisfied you cannot receive any discount, however you loyalty card status will not be affected and will remain to 7/7.

1.3.5 Your online loyalty card status will be cleared if your account is inactive for 180 days (180 days from the last order).

2 Cookies

2.1 This website is using cookies that are used to recognize you and remember your preferences when you return to our website, so that we can provide you with a more personalized experience. For example if you change the website language to Greek, we will remember this and make sure that you receive the Greek homepage when you visit our site rather that the English homepage.

3 Data Protection

3.1 Your personal data used to identify your location on a delivery or used to identify your loyalty card status are not be used for advertisements or provided to third parties.

3.2 Your name, telephone, address and your company name (if one exists) will appear on the legal receipt provided to you on the delivery or the pickup of an order.

3.3 Under your request your account personal data can be cleared at any time.

3.4 Your account telephone number which is considered as the identity number of your account can be changed only by contacting the Kennedy’s Cafe team.

4 Modification to the service and prices

4.1 Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.

5 Products or services

5.1 Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colour and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

6 Order placement

6.1 We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting using your phone number provided at the time the order was made.

7 Payments

7.1 When a Debit/Credit card is register for the first time in your personal account at www.thekennedyscafe.com, your account will be charged for €0.01.

7.2 Only valid payment methods acceptable to JCC systems may be used, for orders and all refunds will be credited back through the same manner.

7.3 Concerning any payments by Debit/Credit card or eletronic bank transfer, by submitting your order for processing, you authorise us to charge your order (including taxes, delivery and any amounts agreed upon before order submission) to your credit card or account.

7.4 If your credit card or account cannot be verified, or is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.

8 Refunds & Order Cancellation

8.1 Orders can be canceled and refunded as long as the order has not been prepared and delivered.

8.2 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please call us on 22 250 722.

8.3 For orders paid via a Debit/Credit cards, refunds will be credited back in the card being used within 10 days from the purchasing date. No cash exchange is allowed.

8.4 For orders that have been cancelled the loyalty account will be automatically restored to the previous state.

8.5 No returns are accepted.
